[OutVoice] WIKIPEDIA PAGE FOR STONEWALL, GBLT CHART, ETC.

The GBLT top 40 chart has been running since 1996 but a Wikipedia entry has
yet to be contributed. I feel this chart should be given the same status as
the other charts recognized by Wikipedia,(*Billboard*). If anyone could
offer some secondary sources or further information about the history of the
chart it would be helpful in at least creating a stub entry. Please send any
pertinent info to the email below
