[OutVoice] Download cards questions

I have a few questions about download cards
 
1. How do they work? I sell them for whatever price then the fan uses a  
code on the card to download it from a certain site? (I'd probably  use CD 
Baby.)
 
2. Do you have success with download cards? Why or why not?
 
3. Do you have success with a only a certain demographic? Most of my fans  
are middle aged and older and I'm wondering if they would use such a  thing.
