- The JEAN-NICKOLAUS TRETTER COLLECTION IN GAY, LESBIAN, BISEXUAL AND

during this year's commemoration of the Stonewall Rebellion.  The
Collection's "FORTY YEARS AFTER STONEWALL" exhibit featured just a
portion of the over 30,000 items housed at the University of Minnesota,
but it dramatized the importance of preserving the little things that
become the building blocks of a movement's history.  ERIC COLLEARY
served as Guest Curator for the exhibit.  He spoke with "This Way Out"
correspondents DIXIE TREICHEL and JOHN TOWNSEND ("Fresh Fruit" at
KFAI-FM/Minneapolis-St. Paul) about some of the Tretter gems in the
"Stonewall" celebration.

- "AARON COPELAND, THE UNCOMMON AMERICAN COMPOSER" is honored in a
"RAINBOW MINUTE" (produced by JUDD PROCTOR & BRIAN BURNS at WRIR-FM
in Richmond, Virginia and read by JOHN DEBOER).

- Expect the unexpected from a CANADIAN with attitude (excerpts from
"Uncharted Territory" and "The Only Dyke at the Open Mic" from KATE
REID's "I'M JUST WARMING UP"), a bunch of BERKELEY lesbians (the title
track and "Polka Casserole" from THE POLKANOMICS' "LOLA"), and a
party-ready LONDONER ("Set it Up Pull It Off" and "Comin' Out 2 Play"
from QBOY's "MOXIE") in this month's "AUDIOFILE" (with comments by the
artists, hosted by JD DO
YLE & CHRIS WILSON and written &
