Congratulations to the artists of the August 2013 Top 20 CD Chart! Online now at www.outvoice.net.  My apologies to voters and artists on the delay in charts posting for August. You may have read about the new PC. I did not anticipate so many programs not working with Windows 7. So had to replace a few and upgrade a few more. New programs are not my best feature obviously.
