Award winning  Out Rock/Americana/Folk songwriter Kiya Heartwood has
released her solo CD *Bold Swimmer*.  "Bold Swimmer" was produced by Grammy
nominated producer, Mark Hallman. Heartwood is known as songwriting half of
the duo *Wishing Chair *and the lead singer and songwriter for the Arista
rock band *Stealin Horses*. Heartwood's music is described as "soulful
confessions, political broad side and a wicked groove." Her influences
include Bonnie Raitt , Bruce Cockburn and Richard Thompson.

*Bold Swimmer* is the launch of Kiya Heartwood ‘s solo career.
