- In "NewsWrap": Five men are arrested in Kenya as alleged participants in an illegal gay wedding, while a Malawi government official urges gays to come out and be arrested... the European Parliament warns Croatia, Turkey, and Macedonia that they must provide "genuine protection" to sexual minorities before they can join the European Union, while Portugal's Parliament approves marriage equality legislation in a required second vote... the outing in a "San Francisco Chronicle" column of Judge Vaughn Walker, who's presiding over the high-profile federal court case challenging the constitutionality of California's Proposition 8, has right wing shorts in a bunch... and more LGBT news from around the world (written by GREG GORDON, and reported this week by PAM MARSHALL and RICK WATTS).

- The time has come for "THE HOUR BETWEEN", a new novel by SEBASTIAN STUART [Alyson Books]. "This Way Out" commentator JANET MASON calls this unusual coming of age story a true literary gem.

- "AUDRE LORDE - POET, ACTIVIST AND EDUCATOR" is remembered in a "RAINBOW MINUTE" (produced by JUDD PROCTOR & BRIAN BURNS at WRIR-FM in Richmond, Virginia and read by REVEREND ROBIN GORSLINE).

- A unique documentary film premieres in Tucson, Arizona this month. "FAITH OF THE ABOMINATION" features lesbian ministers CEIL MELTON and HAN NGUYEN, who infiltrate an Austin, Texas evangelical mega-church. They pose as heterosexually married evangelists from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In the course of their elaborate investigation, Han and Ceil uncover a plan by the pastor to swindle his congregation. "This Way Out" correspondent KING DAEVID MACKENZIE [KXCI-FM/Tucson] had a chance to speak with the women about their film (with music by Jim Croce and The 5 Man Electrical Band, and from Tom Wilson-Weinberg's "Get Used To It") [www.faithoftheabomination.com].
