PRIDE ­ THE SINGLE AND THE VIDEO
   
The official date is now set: May 29, 2009 will be the release date of PRIDE
2009 ­ both the single and the video. The single has already been aired on
Tom Robinson¹s (UK) national radio program Music Introducing on BBC60 and
Bill Northrup¹s show QNation FM. The video is coming to LOGO (and your votes
on the Click List will definitely be a grateful and appreciative
gestureŠdon¹t worry, you¹ll get an e-mail and link from me when that time
comes!) and plans are to have it run on other broadcasters as well here and
outside the U.S.

What I¹m particularly proud of is that many organizations, employee resource
groups and diversity groups are using the video and/or song as part of their
pride events. There will be more details in the June newsletter, but let¹s
just say some of those in attendance viewing Pride 2009 will include someone
in the Obama administration!

The full EP, featuring an extended club mix, and additional tracks by Freddy
Freeman, Kevin Hannan, David Brown and also featuring Jay Freeman and

OTHERNEWS

NEW MOVIE ON THE WAY!

Jon is in the process of composing the soundtrack to a new film ­ produced
and directed by Ricky Reidling and Reidling Entertainment (who brought us
the TV series Boystown).  All that can be said is that it¹s called Heels,
and  it will knock you off yours!


WANTED: ONE NETWORK FOR 13 EPISODES

The pilot of Tales from the Trail, the travel/backpacking series featuring
Jon¹s music (as head composer) was premiered in NYC at a screening on May 4.
Now the tricky part is getting a network to pick it up for a run. The series
will feature backpacking, hiking and travel tips for the average person and
would be a great addition to any network. More info is at
