There was a eulogy for music writer Adam Block in this week's SF Bay

Adam wrote the column "Block on Rock" in the Advocate for many years
and did a lot to expose queer folks to music beyond dance music.  A
column he wrote in 1988 about early queer zines changed the course of
my life as it introduced me to G.B. Jones and Bruce LaBruce's zine
JDs.

There will be a memorial service in San Francisco in March - I don't
know the details yet.  There will be an obituary in this week's Bay
Area Reporter as well which should be findable on their website after
Thursday.
