Dean was just starting a reading series in the east village. This Wed.  would 
have been the first I think. People are going to go; I suppose there will  be 
a lot of people. I still can't quite believe it. We were label-mates, and I  
can't imagine who's gonna' try & step up & fill those pumps. He  accomplished 
so much. Rock & Roll Fag Bar at the World made the mid-late 80s  bearable. I 
wonder if heaven is ready for that much attitude... I just know he  would want 
us to be cracking irreverent jokes...
