Dear Outsters--
If you caught the first "QueerWaves" for KOOP's summer schedule, you noticed
there was a lot less Taylor and Digital Debra. Here's the story..
KOOP has so many new programs that most of our syndicated shows are being
squeezed off the schedule, and that includes the incredible "This Way Out."
Well, "QueerWaves" certainly addresses political and social issues thru the
music played, but not like "TWO"--so until a home for the full program is found
on the regular schedule, you can catch "NewsWrap" and at least one of the
features on "QueerWaves"--especially when one of the features is the fabulous
"Audiofile," this time featuring David Vector, Julie Loyd, and Nick Granato.
And here's what you'd have heard when "QueerWaves" took over with its salute
to the Cinco, if you tuned your radio to 91.7fm KOOP Austin TX or linked to
_http://www.koop.org_ (http://www.koop.org) at 3pm Saturday..
