"Originally released in 1997 as a tribute to the late and beloved Princess Diana, the song “Flash” was Tim Cain of Boys’ Entrance’s salute to the misunderstood and tragic royal figure. In honor of the 10th anniversary of her passing “Flash” has been reissued as “Flash ..07” (QEar Music), a seven-track maxi-single under the Boys’ Entrance moniker. Timmy Samuel’s production of the track fills out the body of the tune, making it as big and bright as a barrage of paparazzi flash bulbs. Cain sings, “Flash/ in an instant/ in a flash we’re not the same,” and that was certainly true when we lost Diana. The CD closes with a pair of versions the original ..97 track.
