Dear Outsters--
Well, even tho KOOP is currently housed in temporary quarters with less  than 
ideal technology, it wouldn't be SXSW without a visit from the incredible  
Rachael Sage. What a delight the woman is, and what a thrill to host the  
premiere broadcast of her new CD, THE BLISTERING SUN. 
I hope that we'll soon be back online, and my out of town listeners can
