ICONS 1 AND ICONS 2
Gay performer and Texas native Jade Esteban Estrada charmed an audience last 
June with a performance of his one-man musical ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay 
History of the World Vol. 1, presented by the Gulf Coast Archive and Museum of 
GLBT History (GCAM). This year, the history-minded GCAM team brings back Estrada 
["Finding Jade," June 2005 OutSmart] for a reprise of Estrada's epoch-hopping 
show and the sequel. The Houston GLBT Community Center co-sponsors the 
performances at 1415 California, which are benefit events for our history museum.
